And her hands are folded in her lap. And around her neck she wears a necklace of large pearls. In the large photograph of her, only head and shoulders are shown and her shoulder and face are turned in profile. A long while I didn't know her name - but once I asked Mama if she knew what picture I meant - and she said "Oh, Yes1 It is the Countess Ballywhichiny".
