The Yacht and Auto Club building was on the west side of the Corwin Dock at the foot of Bradenton's Main Street (later 12th Street West and the Manatee River). It was built by Mr. Shaver and housed his Ford Automobile Agency on the first floor. Later the Ford shop moved uptown and he ran the Chero-Cola bottling plant in the same building. The building's second floor was the clubhouse. Man number 3, in the black shirt and white suspenders and cap, is Edison Curry (Brother of Bradenton's 1924-1925 Mayor Whitney Curry).
