It reads: State of Florida, Leon County. This indenture made this eighteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight, between John Calvin Cofield and Robert McGwyn Davis of the state of Louisiana of the first part and Nancy P. Gamble Executrix and Robert Gamble Junior Executor of the last will and testament of John G. Gamble Senior deceased of the county of Leon and the state of Florida of the second part Witnesseth - That the said parties of the first part in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in hand paid and for the purpose of securing the payment of the credit installment of the purchase money of the property herein conveyed, which is this day conveyed by the parties of the second part and other heirs deviseds and distributees of John G.
