I filled her nearly up to the floor with water to let her settle and drew off at night when the tide rose. May 8th. C. Wind NE hard. Got under way with jib and spanker and sailed to Braidentown, anchoring off Ware's Creek. Later sailed to Riverside with Ethel. Returned and anchored off the Creek, near in shore. May 9th. C.
