Rental rates have risen to $30 and $35 per month, including garbage, sewer, and water, compared to previous rates of $3.50, $4.00 and $5.00 per week.Residents of the park continue to enjoy a full program of entertainment and instruction including stage shows, movies, dances, card parties, hobby shows, singing groups and interdenominational religious meetings.It is believed that the Bradenton Trailer Park will be the most modern mobile home park in the area.
