"The following contract is this day signed by J.J. Fogarty for the building of the yacht "Florence" all material to be furnished by me. Memorandum of agreement between Jno. J. Fogarty and G.S. Warner. Braidentown, Fla, Sept. 11, 1893. I Jno. J. Fogarty do agree to build the following described boat for G.S. Warner in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and forty five ($145.00) dollars to be paid me on completion and delivery of same. Description: length, depth and width to be taken from model furnished herewith, and built on a scale of one foot to three quarters of an inch in the model excepting in length which is to be (10) inches greater than shown by the model, the addition to be made amidships aft of the centerboard case.
