Center background are the towers and round sanctuary of the 1913 building. It was dedicated February 22, 1913 under Rev. J.T. B. Anderson. The longest pastor there was Rev. E. H. Jennings who served from 1922 to 1942. But roof leaks and other accumulated damaged to the old building, plus the growth of the congregation, called for changes and the new sanctuary building was begun in 1981.
