He to receive 1/3 of profits of the trip unless said profits amount to less than $1.00 per day, in which case he is to recieive that amount unless not so much is realized altogether. Got out of Longboat Inlet at sundown. November 24th. Entered Boca Grande at sunrise. Anchored on oyster bar at Cape Haze and took oysters. November 25th. N.E. wind made it too rough to oyster. Got under way bound south. Landed at Spanish Ranch on Captiva Island. Landed at clam bay on south side of Blind Pass at night. November 26th. Took clams [he misspells them "clambs"] and got out of Blind Pass 3 P.M. November 27. Arrived Key West at sundown and docked at Curry's Wharf. November 25th. Got under way for Palma Sola with Thos.
